Paid Pilot against the usual agency deal.

What we found reviewing 16 US Google Ads agencies in September 2026. Most of them are good at ads. Their terms are the problem.

Pricing questions.

What does the fee cover, exactly?

Everything involved in running the account: the audit, the build, conversion and call tracking, weekly optimization, monthly ad testing, reporting and your strategist's time. The only other cost is what you pay Google directly, in your own account, for the clicks.

Why a flat fee instead of a percentage of spend?

A percentage fee pays the agency more when you spend more, whether or not results improve. A flat fee tied to your budget band keeps our incentive on cost per lead. When your budget grows past the band, you move up a plan, and that is the only time the fee changes.

What happens if my ad budget changes?

You move to the plan that matches your new budget from the next billing date. There is no penalty in either direction, and you can change as often as your business needs.

Is there really no setup fee?

Really. Most agencies charge $1,000 to $5,800 to build an account. We include the build in the first month's flat fee because a well-built account is how the monthly work gets easier.

How do I pay?

By card or bank transfer, monthly in advance, invoiced by SEO District LLC. Your Google Ads spend is billed separately by Google to the payment method on your own account.

Can I pause?

Yes. Pausing the campaigns is free. If you want to pause the management too, give 30 days notice and we can restart later; the account stays yours in the meantime.
