Paid Pilot is a trade name (DBA) of SEO District LLC (“we”, “us”), 1500 N Grant St, Denver, CO 80203, United States. This policy explains what information we collect through paidpilot.net and in the course of providing Google Ads management services, and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you request an audit, contact us or become a client, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, website, approximate advertising budget, industry and anything you write in a message. We use this to reply to you, to prepare your audit, and to provide and invoice the services you ask for.

Information collected automatically

Our web server records standard access logs, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit, which we use to keep the site secure and working. This site does not load third-party advertising or social media trackers. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated first.

Client account data

When we manage your Google Ads account we have access to the data inside it, including search terms, campaign performance and, where call tracking is enabled, call recordings. We use that data only to manage your account and report to you. We do not sell it, share it with other clients, or use it for any purpose you have not agreed to. Call recordings are subject to the call tracking provider’s own terms, and we will tell you which provider is used before it is switched on.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example email, invoicing, call tracking and hosting providers), with Google as necessary to manage your advertising, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing the address in the footer of this site. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights under those laws, which we honor on request.
