Terms of service
The terms that apply to Paid Pilot services and to the use of this website.
Last updated September 2026.
These terms apply to the use of paidpilot.net and to the Google Ads management services provided by Paid Pilot, a trade name (DBA) of SEO District LLC, Denver, Colorado (“we”, “us”). Client services are also governed by a short written service agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Services
We provide management of Google Ads accounts for a flat monthly fee according to the plan selected. Plans, prices and what each includes are published on the pricing page and may be updated for new clients; the fee for an existing client changes only when the client moves to a different plan.
Advertising spend
Advertising costs are paid by the client directly to Google through the client’s own Google Ads account. Our fee does not include advertising spend, and we do not mark up or handle advertising spend on the client’s behalf.
Account ownership
All campaigns are built in a Google Ads account owned by the client. The client keeps administrator access at all times and retains all campaign assets, data and history if the engagement ends.
Term and cancellation
Services are provided month to month. Either party may end the engagement with 30 days written notice by email. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are not refunded for the notice period; no further fees apply after it.
Results
We work to improve the cost and quality of leads from Google Ads and report on that work each month. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, seasonality, the client’s website and sales process, and Google’s own systems, so we do not guarantee specific results, rankings or lead volumes.
Website content
Benchmarks and figures quoted on this site are drawn from published third-party research, which is credited where it appears, and are provided for general information. They are not a prediction of results for any particular business.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services in any month is limited to the fee paid for that month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
